ABOUT Gigabyte UD1000GM PG5 1000W SMPS

The Gigabyte UD1000GM PG5 1000W SMPS is the updated version of the UD1000GM, the last surviving successor to the P1000GM. The OEM stays the same, MEIC, which concentrates primarily on power adapters but, as it seems, wants a piece of the desktop power supply market. The unit uses a fully modular cable design and has compact dimensions for its 140mm depth. It’s fitted with a rifled-bearing fan, which should work nicely with a 10-year warranty if you don’t push it too far at high operating temperatures.
